Eli, the 15-year-old son of a billionaire, has spent the last 6 years of his life with his parents and 2 sisters in a massive underground compound that his father built. Eli thought that nuclear war had destroyed the world above, and that it had killed his grandmother and his twin brother, who couldn't reach the compound in time. Unfortunately for Eli and his family the food supply in their compound shows signs of running out and he fears that his father is hiding secrets.What really happened to the world above? Has his father gone mad? Is the father dangerous?
