Cammy Hall is at the absolute bottom of the high school social order. She acts like her Grandparents and spends all of her time knitting and hanging out with her uncool Danish exchange-student friend. She begins receiving mysterious text messages telling her to do things to and for various students and teachers. At first the things seem positive and harmless and they even make her popular, but soon that all changes. In the end Cammy must decide if she should keep doing what the texts tell her to do and stay popular or stop following them and risk losing all of her new found popularity.
